Adobo Egg Flava

Ingredients:

raw duck eggs

1 head garlic, minced

1/2 red onion, diced

2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup vinegar

2 cups of water

1 teaspoon paprika

5 laurel leaves (bay leaves)

4 tablespoons of cooking oil or olive oil

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons water

2 pork or chicken or beef cubes(because we dont really need the real thing here)

Instructions:

1.In a big sauce pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil then sauté the minced garlic and onions.

2.Add 2 cups of water, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika and the bay leaves.  Add the cubes(your choice) to the pan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • about the taste. we making like 3-4 times the flavor so that the duck eggs can absorb more than enough to taste.

4. Bring to a boil then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

5.Now that our adobo is ready let is cool then transfer to a container lid.

6. Place duck eggs inside that container with the adobo sauce we just made. cover with lid and let it sit about 2 weeks in the friged.

7. Transfer the eggs and sauce on a sauce pan. Cover and let it boil til the sauce content dries to half.

8. The egg is ready! remove the shell and eat your adobo flavored egg.

Cheese Madness

cheese (any cheese will do)

Instruction:

1.Melt the cheese of your choosing.

2.Let it cool

3. Place to a container with ducks egg and cover

4. Put inside your friged.

5.Then after two weeks or whenever you want to eat them. cook to boil to a sauce pan til the egg is cook.

6. Thats it. enjoy

  • you can always try different flavors. just remember the flavor must be 3-4 times tastier than you usually cook them, because this eggs will absorb the flavor in less, so, the tastier the more flavor the egg can absorb.

Filipino Style Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs Spaghetti

1 big bottle banana ketchup

1 big can Tomato sauce (approximately 4 cups)

½ cup Tomato Paste

1 tsp Garlic, minced

1 ½ lbs Ground Meat (pork or beef)

4 pcs Hotdogs, sliced

Brown Sugar

1 medium-sized Onion, diced

Cheddar Cheese

2 tbsp Salt

36 ounces Water (about 1 liter)

4 tbsp Cooking Oil

Basil leaf (optional)

Cooking Procedure:

  1. In a large pot, pour the water in and bring to a boil
  2. Put-in the salt and oil
  3. Add the Spaghetti Noodles and cook until tender (see package for cooking time) then set aside
  4. Using a separate pan, saute the garlic and onions
  5. Put-in the round meat and let cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add the hotdogs and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Put-in the tomato sauce, banana catsup, tomato paste, and brown sugar then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. Place the sauce on top of the cooked noodles and add some cheese, and more cheese, and more cheese!!
  9. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!
